Job Details
- Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo, End to End partner Onboarding.
- Understand the partner’s requirements and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
- Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.
- Strong verbal communication with proficiency in both Hindi and English language is Mandatory.
- At least 6 months to 1 Year of experience with Vendor Management and Partner Onboarding is Mandatory.
- CTC – up to 3.5 LPA.
Supply Associate Responsibilities:
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying rates.
- Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Developing and communicating shipment schedules.
- Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
- Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
- Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
